Serve
with crackers or cudités.
3 green tea bags
1 cup reduced-fat cream cheese or part skim ricotta cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives or basil leaves
Boil 1 cup of water. add
tea bags, steep 5 minutes and cool.
In small bowl mix cream cheese and chives. Gradually blend in tea
until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour so flavors can blend. Serve at
room temperature.
