Ingredients
- 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 jar (4oz) Mrs. Renfro's Green Salsa
- 3 eggs, well beaten
MRS. RENFRO'S MEXICAN FUDGE
Spread half of cheese on 11 x 9 or 11 x 7 baking dish. Combine eggs and salsa and spread on cheese. Put remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut in 1" squares. Serve on tortilla chips.
