GRAMMA'S GRAHAM CRACKER LOG

Grandma Bernie

30 graham crackers
1/2 lb tiny marshmallows

1 cup dates-chopped
2 cup walnuts-chopped
1 cup heavy cream


Roll grahams til fine crumbs (we use processor, Gramma). Combine marsh, dates and walnuts; mix well with only 1 3/4 cups of the cracker crumbs. Add the cream slowly to mix well. Shape in a loaf shape.

Roll in the rest of the crumbs; wrap well in waxed paper and chill at least overnight.
To serve, slice and dolop with whipped cream on top!

Gramma made it at Christmas and served with red cherry or red/green gumdrop on top; made it pretty.
