Makes about 2 cups or 16 oz (2-tbsp) servings
8 oz light (Neufchatel) cream cheese,
softened
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
3 tbsp fat-free half and half
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp snipped fresh chives
1 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp hot-pepper sauce
Beat all ingredients together completely,
and chill at least 1 hour.
Serve with selection of raw vegetables.
