Serves 10-12
1 6oz okg Black cherry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 15oz can blueberries
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
8oz sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain berries and pineapple-reserve
and measure liquid.
Add 1 cup of this mix to the jello and stir in the fruits; chill in
a 2 quart flat pyrex dish til firm.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and spread over jello and
sprinkle on the chopped pecans.
