PINEAPPLE CREAM JELLO DESSERT
Mix the jello using the 2 cups hot water and the juice as part of the cold water. Add the cream cheese in chunks; I use a mixer on very low speed. Add in the pineapple til mixed and pour into pyrex dish or mold to refrigerate til set. Works well in fancy mold turned out or just in a bowl with a big spoon!
Goes well with ham meal.
