1 3-5 Lb arm or Pot roast
1 pkg Taco seasoning
1 can chopped tomatoes with green chilies and cilantro
3 garlic cloves, minced
Put into CrockPot on low heat for 6-8 hours. When you return home you have meat ready for burrito wraps or enchildas or to shred over rice with beans. There will be plenty of sauce,too.
