CHIPPED BEEF ON TOAST

'Fry' the beef briefly; sprinkle with couple tbsp of flour, stir a bit, Add 1/4-1/2 cup milk, stir some more, til looks right (like your Mom's :)

Serve on pieces of toast.

I like to add frozen peas for a meal, but my picky kids don't like it that way.
