1 1/2 oz Bacardi Razz
1/2 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Chambord
Mix, and pour over ice.
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ica cubes. Shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the olive or pearl
onion.
