EASY - CROCK POT!
Makes 4 servings
24 oz pkg loose pack frozen hash brown potatoes
with onions and peppers (if desired)
2 c diced fully cooked ham (if desired)
2 oz jar diced pimiento, drained
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
11 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c milk
1. Combine frozen hash brown potatoes,
ham, pimiento, parsley and pepper
2. In medium bowl combine soup and milk; pour over potatoe mixture
in crockpot
3. Cover; cook on low-heat for 7-9 hours or high heat 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Stir before serving.
