MEATLOAF

1 lb ground beef
4 slices bread - torn
2 eggs
ketchup
mustard
salt
pepper
garlic
oregano
basil
2 tbsp horseradish


Tear bread pieces, put in large bowl, pour small amount milk in, just enough to wet bread - toss in rest of ingredients. Mix well. Put into loaf pans. Pour (lots) ketchup on top, sprinkle parsley and or parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour @ 325. Pour off extra grease before serving. Cool 10 minutes or so - slices easier.
