VEGETABLE NOODLE CASSEROLE

Grandma Bernie - "Does not sound good but it is."

3 tbsp fat
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 cup vegetale stock (I use MBt Dried)
1 cup grated cheese - Cheddar or American
1 tsp Worcestershire
2 cps string beans
1 cup cooked diced carrots
1 pkg cooked wide noodles (we like regular size)
2 cups buttered bread crumbs (I add whatever topping I might have - even crushed post toasties or crushed potatoe chips)

Melt fat in saucepan (butter) add flour and seasonings, stir until smooth. Add milk and stock gradually; stir constantly. Cook until thickened. Fold in cheese. Stir until melted. Add Worcestershire, vegetales and noodles. Put in greased shallow baking dish. Top with crumbs. Bake in oven 357 for 20 minutes or until brown.
