ORANGE CAKE

CAKE:
1pkg Butter yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup crisco
1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges and juice

ICING:
1 can crushed pineapple
1 3ox pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 large container Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together for two minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool on racks.

ICING

Mix 1 large can of crushed pineapple (drained) with 1 3oz pkg vanilla instant pudding. Fold in one large container of Cool Whip. Frost the cake and refrigerate at least overnight. Best when served cold.


FILLING

6 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz Cool Whip
1 1/2 c powdered sugar


Blend together and spread on crust - top as you like.
